 Our odour removal service offers to eradicate odours at source - as opposed
to simply masking the smell for a few days with deodoriser's.
Depending on the nature of the problem we can normally remove unpleasant odours
from your carpets or soft furnishings with a single treatment. If more than one treatment is required we will make
you aware of that from the outset.

Having identified the source of the unwanted smell and removed any visible signs
of the cause, our next course of action is to apply specifically formulated chemicals and odour
digester's to the affected area. Allowing some time for the chemicals to react and absorb the odour, the
affected area is then thoroughly deep cleaned to completely extract the offending odour and remove any chemical
residue.
For the more stubborn and deep rooted odours additional treatments may be
required but as mentioned above, we will always advise you up front with an honest appraisal of the
situation.
